Description
Ashton Beaulieu is a 28-year-old artist who has autism and hyperacusis. She lives in Charlestown, Indiana with her mother, stepfather and her cats, Cleo and Sheba. She volunteers at JB Ogle Animal Shelter in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Ashton is and intern at ArtSeed in New Albany, Indiana and works at Rauch Industries in New Albany, Indiana.
In 2016, she began work on her book Ashton’s Life With Cats at ArtSeed. Director, Julie Schweitzer saw her drawings and was fascinated and asked her about them.
Ashton adores all things to do with and about cats. All proceeds from the sale of her book will be donated to local animal shelters.
